I opened a ticket but to be honest, did not expect much because it was a small order to outside of the US. I immediately (within 24 hours) received a response requesting the specific details, was updated twice more during the resolve and had the replacement parts within a week. No hassles, no arguments, no runaround BS. Pretty damned impressive customer service for an order that was only $12.60!
